All apartments and townhouses include carpeting, range & refrigerator, optional cable TV, weekly trash pickup, full time maintenance and grounds staff, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance. Washer/dryer hookups are available in the townhouses. Coin-operated washers/dryers are located on the street level on the high-rise. For the convenience of our residents we offer off street parking, a community room for residents’ use, and a helpful, friendly staff!
