Eastman Commons is a new community, with construction completed spring 2012. The community consists of 80 one-bedroom apartments, each unit is cable ready and equipped with central air. Eastman Commons is conveniently located on a bus line and offers on-site laundry facilities. The rent includes heat and 24-hour emergency maintenance service is available.
The project houses a unique mix of tenants in the Rochester area. Low income, single adults comprise 49% of the units and 51% are referred from local agencies. An array of supportive services is offered by a local social service provider to meet the needs of residents.
