All utilities are included. All apartments and townhouses come complete with range & refrigerator, wall-to-wall carpet, and are cable ready. Townhouses have washer/dryer hookups. Apartment buildings have laundry rooms with coin-operated washers & dryers. Services provided include twice weekly trash pickup, full time maintenance and grounds staff and 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Phillips Village is located on a bus line, and is convenient to expressways, parks and shopping. We also provide a playground, community room, picnic area, basketball court and baseball diamond.
