Apartments are handicapped accessible. Card-operated washers/dryers are located on the 1st floor. Gas, electric and water are included in the rent.

For the convenience of our residents, we offer off-street parking, an outside courtyard and a community room for residents’ use. We are directly on a bus line and close to downtown, which provides a variety of local stores and services. We also have an On-Site Service Coordinator with Center for Disability Rights.
