Mr. Maloney has 40 years experience in the construction industry.  He has been with the company since 1975.  In 1978, he formed a central maintenance staff to repair and maintain the various properties of Landsman Development Corp.  In 1980, Mayzon Building Services Group was created to extend the services performed for Landsman and Mayzon to the greater Rochester business community.  Under his direction, BSG has become a highly regarded member of the local construction industry.  Mr. Maloney is a member of the Builders Exchange of Rochester and previously served on the Board of Governors.
