Peggy Taylor, Manager of Conventional Housing.

Ms. Taylor joined Mayzon Corp in 2006.  She has over 25 years experience in multi-family property management and is currently responsible for managing five residential properties.  Prior to joining Mayzon Corp., Ms. Taylor held various positions in the multi-family industry most recently as Vice President of Greystone Asset Management in Houston, Texas.  Ms. Taylor was responsible for the operations of 2,400 units in conventional and new-construction properties, marketing, training, and creating policies and procedures.  She was an active member of the Houston Apartment Association and was a past member of the Board of Directors of the Galveston County Apartment Association.  Ms. Taylor is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association.  She is also on the Executive Board of IREM Chapter 58 as Friends of IREM Chairperson and Income/Expense Co-Chair.
