Kurt E. Ziemendorf; Vice President of Development.

Mr. Ziemendorf joined Landsman Development Corp. in March 2007 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, asset management and development of new business for the company. Mr. Ziemendorf has been a New York State Real Estate Broker since 1985. His experience and expertise is extensive in the commercial real estate field including positions as the Manager of Real Estate for Wegmans Food Markets, overseeing millions of square feet of commercial real estate, as well as the Chief Operating Officer for a regional real estate developer, with retail plazas, office parks, self-storage businesses, market rate and tax-credit apartment housing developments.  Mr. Ziemendorf is a member of New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and National Association of Industrial and Office Providers.
