Auke Z. Verbree, Vice President, Operations.

Mr. Verbree joined the Landsman organization in 1974. He has held various management positions in the commercial and residential real estate groups. His accomplishments include development of over fifteen million dollars of commercial, industrial, and residential space specializing in the creation of profit centers from large, older industrial facilities. In his current position, Mr. Verbree is responsible for the oversight of all owned and managed properties. He is a member of The Rochester Area Chapter of the New York State Association of Commercial Realtors (NYSCAR), Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), and Upstate New York Chapter National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Verbree is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker and he remains active as a volunteer for inner city rehabilitation and disaster relief projects.
