Kimberlie M. Burkhart, Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Burkhart has been associated with the companies since 1987. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and an Executive MBA from RIT. Ms. Burkhart’s responsibilities include management of the finance department, human resources and procurement. She leads development of affordable housing including rehabilitation and resyndication of existing projects which involves working with New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Empire State Development Corp. and Housing Finance Agency. Ms. Burkhart is a member of New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) and she serves on the Advisory Board for the Executive EMBA Program at Rochester Institute of Technology.
