Effectively implement excellent telephone and sales skills to optimize occupancy. Create a comfortable community atmosphere by being responsive to current and potential resident needs.

Experience 2+ years multifamily or sales experience and previous administrative experience.

  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate the Internet.

Job Duties Performs various activities to care for the grounds and landscaping to maximize curb appeal and keep the exterior of the property in an attractive and safe condition. This position will spend 95% of the time outdoors performing hands-on grounds keeping.

Job Duties Provide administrative support to Vice President of Housing and Residential District Managers.  Handle specific residential functions as required by the Vice President of Housing.  Assist other corporate office staff as needed. Participate in the switchboard function at the corporate office.

Experience
