Job Duties Responsible for coordinating persons and activities required in maintaining the physical operations and systems of the property. Schedule, monitor, and/or perform repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance. Obtain and analyze information; make recommendations for problem solving. Ensure the quality and safety of the property, staff, and residents.

Experience  

  • 3+ years multifamily or construction site mangement.
  • Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC and building systems.

 Other

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to communicate in English with residents, emergency providers and outside contractors.
  • Mechanical aptitude; skillful use of equipment and tools, as well as physical and manual dexterity skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and New York State motor vehicle insurance.
  • Able to manage a flexible schedule including overtime and be on-call as assigned.
  • Computer literate.
01/10/17 Recertification Specialist - Full Time - Phillips Village (Webster, NY)

Job Duties Responsible  for all annual and interim recertifications by effectively creating resident files and organizing appropriate paperwork.  Additionally, establishing a comfortable community atmosphere by being responsive to current residents' needs.

Experience

  • Complete knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • NYS Notary License must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • Knowledge of LIHTC.

Other

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, time management, conflict resolution and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to navigate the Internet.
  • Knowledge of BostonPost or similar management software.
  • Valid driver's license and New York State motor vehicle insurance.
11/04/16 Rental Agent - Part Time (16-20 hrs) - Southview Towers (Rochester, NY)

Job Duties Lease apartments and enthusiastically sell the products and services of the property to secure rental applications and leases. Effectively implement excellent telephone and sales skills to optimize occupancy. Create a comfortable community atmosphere by being responsive to current and potential resident needs.

Flexible Hours (e.g., 2 full days or 5 half days) 

Experience 2+ years multifamily or sales experience and previous administrative experience.

  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate the Internet.
