Job Duties Performs various activities to care for the exterior grounds and landscaping to maximize curb appeal and keep the exterior of the property in an attractive and safe condition. This position will spend 95% of the time outdoors performing hands-on grounds keeping.

Experience Prior experience related to grounds maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, time management skills
• Possess a valid driver's license and New York State motor vehicle insurance

Job Duties Maintain the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards by performing repairs, installations, preventative maintenance, and apartment make ready activities. Apply in-depth knowledge and physical ability to perform all required maintenance as an effective team member.

Experience

• 2+ years maintenance or construction experience.
• Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems

Other

• Must Have excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to communicate in English with residents, emergency providers and outside contractors.
• Must have a mechanical aptitude; skillful use of equipment and tools, as well as physical and manual dexterity skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and New York State motor vehicle insurance
• Must be able to manage a flexible schedule including overtime and be on-call as assigned.
