Job Duties Lease apartments and aggressively sell the products and services of the property to secure rental applications and leases. Effectively implement excellent telephone and sales skills to optimize occupancy. Create a comfortable community atmosphere by being responsive to current and potential resident needs.

Experience 2+ years multifamily or sales experience and previous administrative experience.

Other

• Able to operate general office equipment including, but not limited to, copy and fax machines.
• Complete knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, time management, conflict resolution, verbal and written skills.
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate the Internet.
• Able to manage a flexible schedule including overtime.
• Possess a valid driver's license and New York State motor vehicle insurance.
• NYS Notary license must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Job Duties Maintain the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards by performing repairs, installations, preventative maintenance, and apartment make-ready activities. Apply in-depth knowledge and physical ability to perform all required maintenance as an effective team member.

• Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems

Other

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational and time management skills
• Able to communicate in English with residents, emergency providers and outside contractors.
• Mechanical aptitude; skillful use of equipment and tools, as well as physical and manual dexterity skills.
• Possess a valid driver's license and New York State motor vehicle insurance
• Able to manage a flexible schedule including overtime and be on-call as assigned.
