Job Duties Performs various activities to keep the exterior and interior of the property in an attractive and safe condition. Proactively apply in-depth knowledge and physical abilities required to care for the external grounds and landscaping, to maximize curb appeal, while being an effective team member.

Experience

 

  • 2+  years of grounds and landscaping experience.
  • Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems, a plus. 

 

Other

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, time management skills.
  • Able to communicate in English with tenants, emergency providers and outside contractors.
  • Mechanical aptitude; skillful use of equipment and tools, as well as physical and manual dexterity skills.
  • Maintain management office and all public and common areas in a clean, neat, attractive condition.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, including operating all related equipment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and New York State motor vehicle insurance.

Job Duties Maintain the physical condition of the property according to company operating and safety standards by performing repairs, installations, preventative maintenance, and apartment make-ready activities. 03/06/17 Rental Agent - Part Time (25 hrs) - Southview Towers/East End Apartments (Rochester, NY)

This position supports the communities of Southview Towers and East End Apartments; however, is physically located at Southview Towers, 500 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620.

Job Duties Lease apartments and enthusiastically sell the products and services of the property to secure rental applications and leases. Effectively implement excellent telephone and sales skills to optimize occupancy. Create a comfortable community atmosphere by being responsive to current and potential resident needs.

Flexible Hours (5 hours each weekday)

Experience 2+ years multifamily or sales experience and previous administrative experience.

Other

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, time management, conflict resolution, verbal and written skills.
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate the Internet.
  • Working knowledge of BostonPost preferred.

Job Duties Responsible for coordinating persons and activities required in maintaining the physical operations and systems of the property. Schedule, monitor, and/or perform repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance. Obtain and analyze information; make recommendations for problem solving. Ensure the quality and safety of the property, staff, and residents.

  • 3+ years multifamily or construction site mangement.
  • Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC and building systems.
