Door Monitor - Part Time - Southeast Towers (Rochester, NY) |
Hours Part Time (Friday and Sunday midnight – 8 am plus possible other flexible hours) Job Duties - Greet and assist residents and visitors as they enter or exit the building; check I.D. and ensure visitors sign-in as required.
- Periodically monitor/inspect and secure grounds, including facility floors, stairwells, parking areas and all building entrances.
- Keep front entrance clear of debris or snow/ice build-up, as needed.
- Perform custodial duties, as necessary.
- Complete light maintenance duties including, but not limited to, replacing light bulbs in stairwells.
Experience Prior experience working with the public. Other - High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties Responsible for cleaning and maintaining apartments, offices, common areas of the buildings and outside grounds. Tasks include, but are not limited to, picking up and disposing of litter and trash, dusting, washing or wiping furniture and windows, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, and mopping hard floor surfaces Experience - Prior cleaning and/or customer service experience preferred.
Other - Must have physical and manual dexterity skills and the ability to operate vacuum cleaners, carpet shampoo machine, water extraction or other cleaning equipment, and use cleaning solutions as directed.
